1. Terms: By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Use License: Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Advertiser Perceptions’ website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

6. Online Community Membership: Membership in the Advertiser Perceptions online community is restricted to one account per person. Members using multiple email addresses to create more than one account will be in violation of community rules and will be required to limit their membership to one account only. Continued use of multiple accounts will be grounds for removal from the community and future membership access and privileges will be revoked.
